Comprehensive Setup

The comprehensive option is our most popular and recommended offering across all levels of cyclists. The full offering includes; a cleat and shoe setup, laser alignment (knee and shoe), camera recordings and visuals (comparing before and after), hip and spine alignment evaluation, flexibility and a pedal stroke analysis. Our comprehensive offering is available for Road, MTB, Triathlon, TT and Tandem bicycles. We also provide an electronic measurement chart and a video clip showing the position before and after the setup.

Standard Setup

This involves the optimum setting of your three points of contact with the bike: the pedals, saddle and handlebars. This setup offering does also include a full cleat setup. The standard setup is typically booked by clients who only want the basics assessed. We also provide an electronic measurement chart and a video clip showing the position before and after the setup.

Tandem Bicycle Setup

This involves the optimum setting of your three points of contact with the bike: the pedals, saddle and handlebars. This setup offering does also include a full cleat setup for both cyclists. The standard setup is typically booked by clients who only want the basics assessed. We also provide an electronic measurement chart and a video clip showing the position before and after the setup.

Comprehensive Check-up

Exclusively for clients who have already had a setup done with us.

During a comprehensive check-up, we review your riding position, review injuries or fit and setup new parts that you may have purchased and fitted since your last setup with us (saddle, pedals, handlebars, shoes/cleats). We advise booking a comprehensive check-up if you want a more detailed and in-depth check-up to ensure your position is optimal.

We recommend booking a check-up every 12 months.

We also provide an electronic measurement chart and a video clip showing the position before and after the setup.

Standard Check-up

Exclusively for clients who have already had a setup done with us.

During a standard check-up, we assess your riding position, review injuries or fit and setup new parts that you may have purchased and fitted since your last setup with us (saddle, pedals, handlebars, shoes/cleats). We advise booking a standard check-up if you want the basics covered to ensure your position is optimal.

We recommend booking a check-up every 12 months.

Virtual Setup Assessment

You may be riding more on your home trainer and experiencing aches and pains. Our virtual bicycle setup assessment is not a full bicycle setup where we physically assess and adjust your bicycle.

During a virtual appointment, we can help you with a high-level assessment of your cycling position. We will assess your position and advise what adjustments are required to help you enjoy your cycling.

We use the “Zoom” platform. A link will be sent to you via email 5min before your appointment. All you need to do is click on the link and join the appointment. You need a laptop or mobile device positioned 90 degrees to the bicycle.

Frame Sizing Consultation

Are you buying a new bike? A professional frame sizing consultation is vital before purchasing a new bicycle. Let us provide you with the right advice so that you can buy the correct size frame, handlebar, stem, crank, shoe and saddle.

An electronic measurement chart will be emailed to you after your appointment.

Cleat and Shoe Setup

Setup and fit new cleats to your shoes.

Please note: We only require your cycling shoes for this service and not your bike. If you would like us to fit new cleats and review your riding position, please book a standard check-up instead.
